We are on the lookout for a skilled Property Leasing and Lands Officer to join our dynamic team within the Transport Portfolio Land and Property Services branch. In this exciting position, you will be at the heart of managing land-related projects that align with PTA's strategic priorities, focusing on the leasing and activation of land. You’ll have the opportunity to lead meetings, coordinate working groups, and drive initiatives forward by reporting on outcomes and implementing the next steps. You will also be the go-to expert for advice on land and property matters, working with consultants and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of leasing and activation projects.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong background in leasing, property management, and railway land administration. You should be comfortable interpreting complex legislation and lease arrangements and have hands-on experience in managing land and lease tasks. A natural communicator, you’ll be skilled in building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, negotiating effectively, and resolving issues with ease. Your analytical mindset will allow you to tackle complex problems and provide insightful recommendations. Additionally, you must have exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the capability to work independently. A solid understanding of various computer applications, including database software, will be key to your success.
