As a Team Assistant , you will be a key player in supporting the overall functionality of the First Peoples programs and daily operations within the office, ensuring effective communication and providing high level administrative support, customer service and industry liaison.

The role requires general knowledge of the TAFE environment or knowledge relative to the Area, strong capability in administrating processes, systems, policies and procedures, and experience working in First Peoples education and/or Community, particularly with young people.

  • A Certificate III in Business Administration and/or relevant experience
  • Experience in First Peoples education and community engagement
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Employment Opportunity : 0.80 Part Time (30.40 hours per week) Fixed Term Contract to 19 December 2025

Salary : $68,392 to $74,345 p.a (pro-rata) plus Superannuation
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
