About the Role:
The Human Resources (HR) Policy Reform Project Officer works closely with the General Manager, HR and key staff across the Department to lead the development, modernisation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and guidelines (PPGs) to drive the contemporary evolution of HR practices and outcomes across the agency. The role works collaboratively with stakeholders to implement PPGs to enhance organisation operational effectiveness, staff experience and fostering best practice.

PPGs play an integral part in enhancing the operational effectiveness, staff experience and compliance across our agency. You will have excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure PPGs are written to be inclusive and have application for the broader agency.

Special Conditions:
- May be required to participate in fire management or associated duties.
- May be required to undertake work outside of the normal hours of work.
- This role has been designated as a Position of Trust pursuant to the standards required in the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework. Remuneration:
ASO6 $98,478 min - $104,165 max p.a.
