We're building a borderless digital ecosystem—and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive commercial partnerships, vendor acquisition, and revenue growth across all our platforms.
About the Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be the growth engine of our digital platforms, leading strategic outreach, onboarding high-value partners, and identifying new business opportunities in fintech, marketplace, and content monetisation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in tech, marketing, product, and media to align business goals with execution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new B2B and B2C clients, partners, suppliers, and vendors for Zinga, Alby, and Goldroom
Build and manage sales pipelines, develop proposals, and close commercial deals
Lead product demos, presentations, and proposals for financial services, marketplace listings, or advertising packages
Research and develop strategies to expand into new markets (AU, SEA, Europe)
Create and nurture relationships with media partners, suppliers, tech collaborators, and merchants
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market and sales strategies
Represent ADG at trade shows, networking events, and investor meetings
Monitor business KPIs and sales metrics; prepare reports for internal stakeholders
Support funding initiatives, grant applications, and public/private partnership bids
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B/B2C sales, ideally in tech, ecommerce, or media
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of closing high-value deals and expanding business channels
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and think strategically
Comfortable navigating across hospitality, digital media, fintech, and online marketplaces
Familiarity with digital platforms, SaaS, or subscription-based models is highly regarded
Experience in South East Asian markets or international trade is a bonus
