Description:
The successful Financial Accountant will have a range responsibilities ensuring timely reporting of management reports, as well as supporting the wider team in on-going projects, and ensuring accurate budgets ad forecasts.
- End-to-end reporting across various entities within the group structure.
- Oversee month end close and reporting.
- Assist with project reporting to ensure accurate budgets, forecasts and analysis, to accurately track project performance.
- Assist with tax compliance and reporting across various group entities.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be working toward their CA/CPA or be a newly qualified accountant. It is essential you have demonstrated experience analysing and interpreting financial data and providing detailed commentary for senior stakeholders.
- It would be highly beneficial if you have previous experience in the property sector and/or trained with business services or audit.
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of tax accounting.
- Strong technical ability and the ability to demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen.
