- Identify and develop new business opportunities across South Australia and Western Melbourne.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agribusinesses.
- Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.
- A genuine passion for farming and agriculture.
- A results-driven, proactive sales approach with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South Australia and Western Melbourne.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
