We are currently seeking and motivated and experienced receiving / dispatch workers for our clients on the S/E. These are hands-on roles that require expertise in warehouse operations, including high reach forklift driving and general warehousing duties. Description
The roles involve:
- Coordinating and managing inward goods and ensuring accurate stock intake and processing
- Operating a high reach and counter balance forklift to move goods within the warehouse
- Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely
- Picking and packing orders as required
- Assisting with inventory management and stock-takes
- General warehouse duties as needed to support the team
- Liaising with customers either by phone, email or face to face to assist with their orders and requirements
Profile
Skills and Experience:
- You take ownership of your role.
- You have a solutions-based mindset.
- You are a quality driven individual.
- You have sound Microsoft computer skills and have used Net Suite or RF SMART or SAP
- You have a keen attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Forklift license.- can operate both counter balance and high reach
- You have the ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running. We have a team around you to support you in this role.
