Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative business reviews with existing customers.
- Identify decision-makers and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through solution-based selling and proactive engagement.
- Stay informed on market trends and provide strategic insights.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage a portfolio, generating leads through internal teams, marketing campaigns, and self-sourcing.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional departments to ensure product adoption and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue through selling value-added solutions.
Requirements:
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of consultative sales or business experience (SaaS, tech sales, or FMCG preferred).
- Proven ability to influence and educate customers with insights.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive in generating leads.
- SaaS experience is highly preferred
