Description:
Customer Order & Logistics Management
- Process and manage local customer orders from start to finish.
- Coordinate warehouse stock releases and arrange transport to meet delivery requirements.
- Monitor order progress, keeping customers and the sales team informed.
- Verify accuracy of service provider documentation and ensure correct dispatches.
- Liaise with sales, transport companies, and warehouses to meet customer needs
- Ensure accurate pricing on invoices and provide sales team assistance.
- Maintain customer forecasts and manage back orders with the sales and logistics teams.
- Arrange and dispatch product samples, maintaining the sample room.
- Support the sales team with additional tasks and projects as needed.
- Request, process, and verify invoices, packing lists, COAs, and other key documentation.
- Conduct monthly stock reconciliations for third-party warehouses.
Skills & Experience
- Supply chain, logistics or shipping knowledge is a must.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

The successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative along with the ability to provide a high level of professionalism and customer service to both internal and external stake holders.
