Position Profile: We are seeking a suitably experienced and enthusiastic candidate for the role of Program Officer.
Responsibilities
In this position you will support the internal and external stakeholder relations activities of the Health Networks Unit. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinates and manages specific initiatives as directed, including liaison with service units and community organisations on matters relating to clinical reform initiatives and required statistics and research.
- Creates and prepares a range of materials and publications to support the work of the networks including infographics, newsletters, presentations, and brochures. Coordinates updates of websites and online platforms.
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to provide information and updates on Health Networks programs and projects.
- Provides project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables, to ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans.
- Undertakes basic research and analysis in assigned project areas and contributes to the preparation of project briefs to support informed decision making and planning.
