Description:
- Manage end-to-end payroll functions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and awards.
- Process employee benefits and superannuation.
- Conduct regular payroll audits.
- Provide payroll reports to the management team.
- Handle payroll enquiries from staff.
- Maintain employee data in the payroll system.
- Work collaboratively within the Accounting & Finance team.
Requirements:
A successful Payroll Officer PT should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting & Finance.
- Proficient skills in using payroll software.
- Experience in a standalone position is advantageous.
- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and awards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
