About the role
As a Business Support Officer within the Customer Financial Services division, you'll dive into a diverse array of responsibilities, all aimed at ensuring the seamless management of funds held in trust on behalf of our valued Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) customers.
Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting in the administration of our investment operations, ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures. You'll play a vital role in the financial management activities of the Common Fund and the QPT Growth Trust, helping to maintain stability and growth. You will also assist in the implementation of recommendations from Statements of Advice, working within agreed service levels to guarantee customer satisfaction. From managing listed equities to maintaining accurate information systems, your contributions will be felt across the organisation.
