The Project Analyst, Strategic Airports provides support to the Program Manager and Strategic Airports project team and is responsible for supporting the PMO in the planning, readiness, and execution of all program management related deliverables. The role involves coordinating day-to-day program delivery tasks, liaising with cross functional stakeholders, monitoring stream timelines, and ensuring that program goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively. The role is critical in maintaining
the program’s momentum and will help to facilitate the smooth day-to-day operations within the PMO.
The Project Analyst, Strategic Airports works closely with the key managers and team members across the business. As such, this position requires that the person be able to build effective working relationships and to work confidently at all levels of the organisation. Analysis of data is also part of the role to ensure variances and trends are managed appropriately.
You’ll have –
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program delivery, project management, or a related role.
- Tertiary qualification or certification in a project /program related discipline is required
- Experience in the delivery or support of projects within a large organisation across diverse and multiple operational areas.
- Experience in providing business analysis support to multiple simultaneous projects.
- Experience in implementing contemporary customer experience initiatives.
- Experience in developing analytic insights to shape and influence ways of working.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and foster networking between various areas and departments.
- Self-motivated, committed, and able to work independently.
- Flexible to change priorities in allocated work to meet project deadlines.
- Understanding of financial and operational issues, risk assessment, computerised information systems.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
- Advanced PC skills, especially in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and project management tools.
