Position Overview: The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide actionable insights. This role will involve a combination of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives and delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand business needs and challenges.
• Data Analysis:
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
• Business Process Improvement:
  • Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and process enhancements.
• Project Management Support:
  • Assist in the creation of project plans and timelines.
  • Track project progress and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Solution Design & Documentation:
  • Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Document business processes, system workflows, and functional requirements.
• Testing & Validation:
  • Support the testing process by creating test plans, test cases, and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Validate that solutions meet business needs and are implemented effectively.
• Change Management:
  • Assist in the adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Provide training and support to users during the implementation of new solutions.
    

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in [industry, e.g., finance, healthcare, etc.].
• Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and requirements gathering techniques.
• Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Jira, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of data modeling and database management.
