Reporting to the Head of Digital - Salomon & Wilson, this role is part of a highly effective and driven team of professionals and will deliver and own the D2C ecommerce and marketplace strategy for Wilson AU / NZ, ensuring our targets are met through our consumers having the best online experience possible.

- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting: Own the ecommerce sales channel including D2C website and marketplaces, responsible for forecasting and delivering strategies to achieve budget
- Consumer experience: Always work with a consumer first mindset ensuring our guest have the best digital shopping experience
- Website development: Work closely with Salomon's head office, internal IT and local development agency ensuring website is up to date and any bugs resolved
- Calendar and campaign management: Plan the ecommerce marketing, promotional and sales calendar in line with forecasted budget and key brand stories
- Seasonal product lifecycle: Own the execution of seasonal product lifecycle across all digital platforms, ensuring all products are uploaded in full and on time to the highest standard and utilize key market moments for end of lifecycle opportunities
- Marketplace operations: Continue to develop and evolve the marketplace strategy capturing commercial and brand awareness opportunities
We're looking to bring on a game-changer with an insatiable drive to take Wilson ANZ's ecommerce platform and experience to the next level. Our plans are ambitious and we're truly excited about the future and what we can achieve.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years experience managing ecommerce websites
- Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce systems is essential
- Understanding on how marketplaces such as The Iconic and Ebay operate
- Technical skills to scope out functional and nonfunctional requirements for website updates projects
- Experience managing an ecommerce marketing calendar, telling compelling stories and meeting commercial targets
- Onsite visual merchandising capabilities
- Awareness of inventory and the impacts of consumer experience through the consumer journey
- Skills to deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting and campaign planning
- Knowledge within the Australian retail / lifestyle / sporting goods market
- A strategic and agile mindset and strong commercial acumen and the ability to inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- Ability to influence and work with cross functional and global stakeholders
- Digital marketing expertise beneficial
