The Role

We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking General Labourers to join our team in a fast-paced meat processing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to be part of a vertically integrated beef/ cattle business.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the processing, packaging, and handling of meat products.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties to maintain hygiene standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and workplace procedures.
• Follow and comply with Food Safety Standards.
• Lift, move, and organise products and materials as needed.
• Work in cold or refrigerated environments for extended periods.
• Read and follow specification sheets.
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• You have experience in a meat facility or food processing environment (desirable).
• You can work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• You are comfortable working in refrigerated conditions (cold temperatures).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
• You are reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
• You must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
