You'll be part of a small team using data and analytics to paint a bigger picture, guiding a diverse department on workforce
and corporate decisions.
Here Is What a Typical Day Might Look Like
- working with a dataset to cleanse and analyse, drawing on statistical/analytics techniques to identify risks and issues
- talking with team members and others in HR to share initial insights and what this may mean for planning and related decisions
- meeting with internal and external stakeholders to progressively improve data governance, processes and infrastructure
- attending a committee meeting to share the findings of a team analysis that has been prepared to guide actions being considered for a department-wide initiative
- coding a new key measure into an existing data model and feeding this through to dashboards/reports for others to self-service trend information and gain further insight
- working with another team member to show them how you undertook a particular analysis using a program, process or programming language they are less familiar with.
