About The Role:
As the People Lead, you will collaborate closely with Executive and Senior Leaders to design and deliver strategic HR initiatives that align with our mission and business objectives. You will work closely with your divisional People Partner, ensuring the successful execution of the People and Wellbeing plan while mentoring and coaching for continuous capability growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive and senior leaders to execute the People Strategy and provide expert HR advice.
- Design and implement engagement and retention strategies, workforce planning, and organisational development initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts and drive cultural transformation across the organisation.
- Develop and implement divisional People Plans that align with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, and HR compliance.
- Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and drive strategic people initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition, Remuneration and Benefits, Workforce Planning, and Learning and Capability teams.
- Ensure workplace safety and foster a culture of wellbeing.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience: At least 7 years’ experience in senior HR business partnering, with a strong background in human resources and employee relations.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate business needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Influence & Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at executive and senior leadership levels.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex HR challenges.
- Change Management: Experience leading organisational change and driving cultural transformation.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
