Embark on a significant role as a Digital Delivery Lead at Queensland Treasury. Working alongside a team of dedicated professionals, you'll support the effective use of SharePoint, PowerApps, ServiceNow, and web publishing services, driving operational efficiency and implementing innovative digital solutions. This is your opportunity to play a key role in the digital operations, utilising emerging technologies within a dynamic government agency.
in this role, you will:
Leadership of a client focused team, supporting the Manager in team coordination, mentoring and coaching, planning and managing a variety of projects and activities in accordance with agile project management methodologies. Adherence to timelines and budget, engaging actively in the development process as required.
Stakeholder engagement with the provision of expert end-to-end business analysis services to business areas across Treasury, from requirements gathering and costing, through to operational support management.
Support and assist in the continuous development of software development strategies, policies, and systems in alignment with business objectives and whole-of Government frameworks across multiple platforms including M365 and ServiceNow.
Communication with all team members, utilising both verbal and written skills to maintain open and transparent communication. This role demands a proactive approach to facilitate effective planning, streamline team operations, and foster productive collaboration within the team as well as with external stakeholders.
Positive Relationships are actively developed and maintained to ensure positive and proactive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including Treasury business units, ICT industry, business partners and potential partners.
Research, maintain awareness and represent the Department's interests in the development of current and emerging application lifecycle and whole-of-Government strategies, trends, policies, standards and guidelines.
What experience you will bring:
• Proficiency in utilising software development lifecycle strategies coupled with the application of collaborative digital systems to optimise business outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
• Specific knowledge and experience with M365 and ServiceNow are advantageous
Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.
