As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Senior NDIS OT in Bunbury, where you’ll enjoy great flexibility and a competitive salary.
There will also be outstanding opportunities for this role to grow into the NDIS Manager for the region.
Key areas of the role are:
- Support the growth of services in the region by actively working with referring partners
- Working closely with participants and their care team, providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals
- Conducting home and community assessments, making home mod and AT recommendations
- Caseload size will reduce as additional leadership responsibilities are built in
This is no ordinary NDIS OT role - you will be supported to grow and develop in ways not always available elsewhere.
The successful candidate will have
- Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights
- A minimum of 3 + years post graduate experience of which at least 2 years have been in NDIS
- Current relationships with referring partners in the region, or ability to build quite quickly.
Salary can be negotiated based on experience, between $100k-$115k + super + bonus + vehicle allowance.
