About the Role
An experienced Test Manager is required to oversee testing delivery within a large and complex ICT environment supporting major infrastructure projects. This role will involve the design and implementation of a program-wide testing strategy, ensuring consistent governance, quality assurance, and alignment across multiple digital initiatives.
The program includes a combination of new facility builds and the expansion of existing services across multiple locations. The Test Manager will work across multiple project streams, supporting the delivery of integrated digital systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive testing strategy and framework across the program
- Lead test planning, delivery, reporting and quality assurance across multiple projects
- Coordinate test teams, define priorities, and manage resources to meet timelines
- Provide high-level reporting on testing outcomes, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with organisational testing policies and frameworks
- Engage and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Extensive experience delivering testing functions within complex ICT programs
- Deep understanding of end-to-end testing processes, governance, and reporting standards
- Proven leadership in coordinating testing resources across multiple workstreams
- Experience in infrastructure, digital health, or construction-related ICT projects will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
