The Opportunity

Are you a talented Corporate Finance Analyst looking for an exciting career opportunity? This highly successful and fast-growing corporate finance advisory firm is expanding and seeking motivated Analysts and Senior Analysts to join its dynamic team.
With a strong track record in M&A, valuations, due diligence, and CFO advisory, this firm provides exposure to complex transactions and high-profile clients. You will be involved in all stages of deal execution, working closely with senior leadership and receiving hands-on training to accelerate your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will:

  • Build sophisticated 3-way financial models (balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow).
  • Prepare investment documents, Information Memoranda, and investor presentations.
  • Conduct industry and company research, delivering actionable insights.
  • Support M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and valuation projects.
  • Analyse financial statements and accounting data to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Assist in CFO advisory and outsourced finance projects for key clients.
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • CA/CPA qualification (or near completion).
  • At least 12 months of experience in accounting, audit, tax, or corporate finance.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • A genuine passion for corporate finance and advisory.
  • Strong academic results and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
