Description:
We are currently looking for a positive, motivated individual who will assist our Construction management team with administration support. You will report directly to our Site Supervisor. You will be responsible for the administration involved with our resort renovations.
Your duties will include:
- Completing administration for a commercial renovation project;
- Preparing for meetings and taking notes/minutes;
- Preparing documentation;
- Coordinating and liaising with sub-contractors, site staff and office employees;
- Filing all relevant documentation in compliant fashion,
- Compilation of certification and handover documents
- Uphold Workplace Health and Safety Compliance
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have:
- 2-3 years experience in Administration;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills – both oral and written;
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multi task;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to use a computer and strong knowledge of Microsoft office programs;
- A positive “can do attitude”.
About the Workplace
The Palmer Coolum Resort & Golf Course is located on 300 acres of pristine land located at Yaroomba, on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. The property has numerous facilities including holiday accommodation units, restaurants, conference and banqueting, maintenance facilities and a championship 18-hole golf course.
