Term full time vacancy up to 14 March 2026.
The Station Support Officer is a role within Metropolitan Operational Services and as one of the first points of contact for the public visiting a police station will:
- Provide a professional customer service.
- Answer caller enquiries, provide/record information and/or re-direct to the most appropriate officer or service provider.
- Respond to face-to-face station enquiries, taking of reports, recording of information and/or referring to the most appropriate officer or service provider.
- Undertake a broad range of administrative duties associated with the efficient operation of the police station.
Special Conditions
- The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
Salary
ASO2 - $58,709 - $63,154 per annum.
