About the Division
The Information Management and Technology Division (IMTD) oversees the department's digital capabilities, spearheading the digital transformation for both the department and Victorian government schools. They manage Victoria's largest technology network, supporting around 750,000 staff and students. IMTD leverages cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and agile practices to enhance user experience, security, and integration.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Functional Analyst, Salesforce to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, business-critical Salesforce solutions. In this strategic position, you'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, optimising our products built on Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and more.
As a Senior Functional Analyst, you'll leverage your deep knowledge of Salesforce to lead complex projects, mentor junior analysts, and optimise business processes.
Attributes
* Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior analysts.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation (Flow, Process Builder, etc.), and integrations.
* Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve complex business challenges using Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
* Experience in project planning, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams
* Ability to understand user needs and deliver solutions that enhance the user experience and business efficiency.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst with a deep understanding of Salesforce
