We're now on the lookout for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Enfield, Sydney, to build meaningful partnerships, and deliver real impact.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Technical, you'll take ownership of some of our most strategic client relationships. Working cross-functionally with teams across production, operations, and technical services, you'll ensure our clients' success while uncovering new opportunities to grow our business.
What you'll do:
* Lead and grow a portfolio of key accounts—including multi-year partnerships—with a clear focus on value creation
* Strengthen customer relationships through insight, innovation, and outstanding service
* Collaborate across teams to ensure client needs are exceeded
* Demonstrate inclusive leadership that enables accountability and take ownership
* Apply your technical and commercial knowledge to uncover opportunities and enhance client performance
* Champion the customer experience and uphold Mauri's commitment to quality and safety
About You
You're commercially savvy, results-driven, and thrive on building strong partnerships. You understand what it takes to deliver in a high-performing B2B environment—and you genuinely care about your customers' success.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience managing key accounts, preferably in a B2B setting
* Exposure to manufacturing or production environments (animal nutrition or agriculture is a bonus!)
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, even under pressure
* Strategic thinking with a knack for solving complex problems collaboratively
* Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others
* Familiarity with monogastric farming is a nice-to-have, but not a dealbreaker
