The Role
You will primarily provide L2 support and assist in the delivery of projects to a range of client's Microsoft environments.
More specific duties are highlighted below:
- Support and maintain the M365 suite of products (AzureAD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
- Support and maintain cloud platforms, primarily MS Azure
- Support on-prem infrastructure solutions across the compute, network and storage layers
- Assist with project tasks.

Your Profile
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver first class customer service. In addition, you will have strong troubleshooting capabilities.
Experience in a similar role would be preferred, along with technical knowledge including most of the following:
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune)
- Virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- MS Azure
- Networking (VPN, firewalls, routing, switching)
- Windows Server knowledge
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
Industry certifications would be advantageous.
