We are proudly partnering with a leader in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field who are expanding their Rehabilitation Counselling team in the city and in the west and looking for 2 additional Seniors. If you are a qualified Rehabilitation Counsellor or fully registered Psychologist looking for the best opportunities, look no further.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing assessments and delivering counselling to clients
- Supporting team leaders with coaching + mentoring, and playing a key part in the new graduate program
- Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals
- Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress)
Our client is experiencing exciting growth with additional branches, new health streams, and winning large contacts. Please note it is essential that you have previous Rehabilitation Counselling experience and full registration with ASORC, or AHPRA registration as a psychologist to be considered.
