The Role
In this field-based role, an emphasis on people and relationships is vital. Your hands-on approach will ensure the delivery of service excellence for your client group throughout Townsville Areas.
While managing the day-to-day operational needs of your team and client group, you will foster positive stakeholder relationships, exceed our client’s expectations, and ensure that we add value to our client portfolio. Key to success in this role is a sound understanding of commercial cleaning operations, relationship building, budgets and costs, service delivery and stakeholder management.
As the Quality/Customer Relations & Staff Support Officer, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with our clients, internal teams, and contractors
- Oversee operational deliverables, and achieve KPIs (individual and team)
- Drive a high-performing culture within your team
- Manage and deliver the expectations of our clients and contracts
- Undertake frequent client visits and conduct regular quality audit reports
- Manage escalated service delivery issues
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all
- Manage and create Staff Rosters vs Budgets
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will be a suitably experienced leader who has the following:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An eye for detail
- Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- A reliable car is essential
- Experience in the cleaning industry is essential
