Pharmacy Administrator – 12 Month Maternity Leave Contract
Office-based | Monday to Friday | ⏱ 38 Hours per Week | Immediate Start
Are you a Pharmacy Retail Manager looking for a change of pace and an opportunity to gain experience in a different side of the pharmacy industry? We’re offering an exciting 12-month maternity leave contract in a dynamic Pharmacy Administration role – perfect for someone with strong pharmacy knowledge and a drive to grow professionally.
About the Role:
This fixed term full-time role offers the chance to work behind the scenes in an office setting, supporting key functions across:
• Finance – supporting the General Manager of Finance with daily tasks
• Pharmacy Implementation – assisting with store system rollouts and process improvements
• Human Resources – Support stores with rostering, timesheet reviews, and staff onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone who has hands-on experience in pharmacy retail and is ready to bring their skills into a support role where every day is different.
✅ Fluent in pharmacy POS software with a solid understanding of how these systems operate
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Proficient with computers and digital tools
✅ Able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease
✅ A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
