This is no ordinary desk job – you’ll be at the heart of everything, ensuring our office runs smoothly, our customers are looked after, and our team is supported. Your day-to-day will include:
What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Service & Admin:
- Responding to customer enquiries (within 24 hours – you’re on it!)
- Following up with clients for reviews and feedback
- Keeping records, compliance docs and the office tidy and organised
- Helping out with scheduling and tracking job progress
Team & Job Support:
- Liaising with our tradies to keep jobs on track
- Checking job cards, daily schedules and payroll prep
- Making sure job info is accurate and complete in Simpro
- Liaise with Owners and management on a daily or as-required basis.
Inventory & Suppliers:
- Coordinating restocks for vehicles and warehouse
- Processing purchase orders and reconciling invoices
- Managing stocktakes and general inventory control
Compliance & Operations:
- Filing certifications, insurance and licences
- Keeping customer asset registers up to date
- Supporting general compliance and admin tasks
Cross-Training & Teamwork:
- Backing up your teammates when needed
- Learning all the ropes across the admin space
- Training in Simpro and using digital systems like Google Drive
