In this permanent full-time position, you’ll play a key role in the Clinical Team by providing oversight to a team of Enrolled Nurses and delivering holistic care to a diverse client group. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to service delivery for external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Clinical Services Manager in daily operations
- Conducting ongoing clinical reviews and assessments in line with client goals and needs
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reporting
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality and continuity of care
- Training staff in clinical best practices including wound care, case management, and medication administration
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in aged care (RN level)
- A collaborative, team-oriented, and compassionate approach to nursing
