About our client
Our client is a health and wellness business specialising in personalised fitness and nutrition programs. It provides structured one-on-one training and tailored nutrition support to assist clients in achieving their health goals. With over 10 years in operation, covering six locations around Perth, they are expanding nationally and are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations.
About the opportunity
You will start as the Operations Manager overseeing six centres, managing workflows and customer interactions. The role focuses on improving operational systems and leading a team that delivers daily services to clients. Reporting directly to the owners, you will have responsibility for implementing efficiency improvements and refining reporting processes..
Your role will evolve with the business as it expands into new markets. As the company grows, your responsibilities will broaden, opening the door to higher-level leadership within the organisation.
In this role, you will
- Implement efficiency improvements and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead and develop a small team of trainers and administrative staff
- Ensure high service standards and resolve customer issues, primarily financial in nature
- Manage workflows and introduce process automation where necessary
- Oversee financial transactions, budgets, and operational targets
- Maintain smooth daily operations across six locations
We are seeking a structured and organised leader with experience in operations and team management. The ideal candidate is process-driven, can manage a small team across six locations and is comfortable dealing with customers face to face.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-centric or Business to Consumer (B2C) environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and operational efficiency expertise
- Proficiency in performance tracking and implementation of KPIs
- Exposure to health, wellness or medical industries preferred
- Ability to communicate with clients and staff effectively
- Ability to pass a health check and police clearance (organised by employer)
