- Act as an escalation point for junior engineers, promoting knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
- Provide BAU and project support to a variety of clients, both in person and remotely.
- Opportunities to assist with infrastructure projects, including server upgrades, storage management, and system migrations.
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environments
- Server administration and management of M365.
- Configure and support networking devices and firewalls (Fortinet).
- Work with virtualization technologies (VMware) and backup solutions (Veeam, Veritas, ShadowProtect)
- Troubleshoot and resolve network related issues.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying up to date with new technologies
