Description:

Execute sourcing and contract management for 15+ packages (from $1M to $70M+) across piping, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and more -
Lead end-to-end pre-award procurement: RFTs, RFQs, evaluations, and recommendations -
Transition into post-award phase: support contract administration, supplier performance, claims, variations, and notices -
Work closely with operations and capital teams to develop and deliver strategic sourcing plans -
Manage stakeholder engagement, vendor negotiations, and commercial compliance -
Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and risk frameworks
Requirements:

5+ year's experience in procurement and contract management, ideally within mining, construction, or infrastructure -
Proven ability to run complex tenders independently (end-to-end) -
Strong understanding of contract administration, supplier performance, and project risk management -
Comfortable working in fast-paced FIFO environments and engaging with both site and corporate stakeholders -
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills -
Ability to hit the ground running and deliver outcomes in the first month -
Located in Darwin or Cairns (preferred) or Perth (considered)
