As our ERP Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in managing and enhancing Judo’s Oracle Fusion ERP environment. You’ll partner with finance, IT, and operations teams to streamline and optimise business processes, ensuring Judo’s systems keep pace with our growth. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously improving systems and processes.

Desired Skills and Experience

A little bit about you…

You’re a detail-oriented ERP expert with deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion, particularly across financial modules. You love solving complex problems, translating business needs into technical solutions, and empowering users through training and support.

The skills you’ve picked up along the way:

  • Implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion applications
  • Expertise in Oracle Financial Modules: Especially GL and AP as well as AR, FA, CM, and FCR
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and EPM
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with dashboards and reporting tools
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Training and user support, including the creation of user guides and best practices
  • Process analysis and documentation of ERP systems

Your life pre-Judo:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years working with Oracle ERP, including 3+ years with Oracle Fusion
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting ERP systems
  • Oracle certifications and exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (highly desirable)
  • Understanding of accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS)
