The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and high performing integration specialist to join the Clinical Leadership, Effectiveness and Outcomes (CLEO) team at Northern Health.
This role supports the Director and Chief Health Outcomes Officer in the planning, execution and evaluation of digital health interventions and value-based care across Northern Health for the CLEO Team.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A tertiary degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced HL7 experience – minimum of 3+ years
- Experience in designing interfaces
- Rhapsody Developer Certification
- Experience working with Healthcare applications is mandatory
- Expert knowledge of integration technologies including HL7 and other communication protocols
- Demonstrated skills in designing, implementing and managing integration services within a large, complex healthcare setting
- Broad experience and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record, Patient Administration System and other common health care applications
- Demonstrated experience in Rhapsody
- Project management experience
- Proactive management style and takes initiative and responsibility
- Strong interpersonal skills with particular emphasis on gaining consensus, facilitation and consultation
- Competent in using Visio, Word and Excel to support PM admin functions
