Description:
In this position you will:
- Gather and document business requirements and design solutions solve complex business problems and pain points.
- Contribute as a technical member of the product agile scrum team.
- Contribute to planning and delivery of minor enhancements ensuring all deployments are aligned to the agreed Enterprise IT frameworks.
- Input and maintain all product and user information on Atlassian and Azure DevOps toolsets.
- Deliver discovery workshops to analyse end to end user journeys, identify pain points for enhancing business processes, and improving the UI and UX.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to break down features into epics, user stories, narratives, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee and support all relevant testing on enhancements and changes to the system.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative, and productive working relationships with key VEU and ESC stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance activities in the VEU Registry team and assist with the creation and continuous improvement of business processes.
- Provide thought leadership for strategic business processes improvement, change management, and impact assessments across VEU.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
