At Sunnyfield, we’re all about making a real impact in the lives of people with disabilities. With a focus on choice, independence, and creating brighter futures, we work together with families, friends, and a passionate team to deliver game-changing programs and services.
The Role
Are you a natural leader with a knack for thinking outside the box? We’re on the hunt for a energetic Service Manager to empower and lead an already awesome team support workers. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly—from skill-building programs and community activities to ensuring our clients achieve their goals and thrive!
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Dream up and deliver innovative programs that help clients smash their goals. ✨ Manage budgets and service agreements like a pro. ✨ Lead and support an amazing team of support workers. ✨ Keep things safe, compliant, and always improving. ✨ Deliver top-notch, person-centred care that makes everyone feel valued.
About You
You’re the type of person who can lead with heart and hustle. You know how to keep things organised, communicate like a champ, and collaborate with anyone in the room.
Here’s What You’ll Bring To The Table
✔️ Experience managing teams in the disability sector. ✔️ A knack for budgets, commercial thinking, and keeping clients happy. ✔️ A passion for continuous improvement and workplace safety. ✔️ Resilience, empathy, and confidence (basically, you’re amazing). ✔️ Collaboration skills that get everyone on the same page.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
Be part of a team that feels like family. Career growth, ongoing training, and support to help you shine. Make a real difference in the lives of clients and their families. Salary perks (because who doesn’t love a bit of extra take-home pay?). A dynamic, fun, and supportive work environment.
Ready to Join?
Let’s make something amazing happen together! Apply now with your resume and a cover letter telling us why you’re the perfect fit. Oh, and just a heads-up—you’ll need to pass some checks (like NDIS Worker Screening and police checks) and provide two references.
