About the role:
As an Administrator you will be the heart of the teams' administrative operations, responsible for a wide variety of administration duties and providing support to both customers and staff. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly welcoming and assisting customers via phone and email;
• Collaborating with the team to seamlessly ensure an exceptional customer experience;
• Collating business information and assisting with basic financial reports;
• Scheduling and booking meetings, ensuring efficiency in the dynamic workplace;
• Assisting in Workplace Health & Safety administration;
• Assisting in receipting, accounts receivable and accounts payable; and
• Embracing a variety of administrative duties as assigned by the Manager.

About you:
To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role as well as:

• An approachable, easy-going attitude and a team player;
• Initiative-driven with a knack for keeping things simple;

• Self-motivated, demonstrating reliability and an eagerness to learn.
