- Collate Project input data to required project proformas
- Undertake and coordinate the compilation, verification and submission of all as built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals and handover documentation ensuring compliance with client requirements
- Coordinate and meet with contractors and suppliers to monitor timelines and submittals
- Liaise effectively to drive HOTO outcomes with key stakeholders, internal and external to the business
- Provide proactive and integrated solution-based advice to support projects to continuously improve the HOTO services to all stakeholders
- Provide reporting and status updates to the HOTO Manager and project teams.
- 5+ years in the construction industry within a HOTO related role
- Solid understanding of construction materials and methods
- Ability to interpret site plans and construction drawings
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and document management software
- High level of attention to detail
