Main Responsibilities:
  • Collate Project input data to required project proformas
  • Undertake and coordinate the compilation, verification and submission of all as built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals and handover documentation ensuring compliance with client requirements
  • Coordinate and meet with contractors and suppliers to monitor timelines and submittals
  • Liaise effectively to drive HOTO outcomes with key stakeholders, internal and external to the business
  • Provide proactive and integrated solution-based advice to support projects to continuously improve the HOTO services to all stakeholders
  • Provide reporting and status updates to the HOTO Manager and project teams.
Ideal experience:
  • 5+ years in the construction industry within a HOTO related role
  • Solid understanding of construction materials and methods
  • Ability to interpret site plans and construction drawings
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and document management software
  • High level of attention to detail
