• Perth CBD Based• Fulltime – Onsite (Initially moving to Hybrid after probation)

• Range $250K-285K (inc Super)
What does that look like?
The purpose of this position is to plan and execute the Project Cost Control requirements for the PDP 2 project. This role is responsible for providing technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training, and coaching to a team of cost controllers.
• Plan and organize the setup of project baseline in Fluor’s project controls system, and implement a plan to track against the baseline on a regular basis
• Develop cost, and commercial baseline in alignment with schedule.
• Analyze variances in cost performance against the plan, and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management
• Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract
• Supervise and manage the change management process
• Manage the review of Project Profit/Risk Analysis with management and provide status reporting
• Lead the project efforts for cost/scheduling activities, ensuring adequate training & support for the cost team
• Interpret contract conditions to ensure compliance
• Maintain familiarity with the functionality of Fluor’s automated cost management system and planning and scheduling system
• Lead the project cost control team
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with Fluors internal PMAR process and reports.
