About the role and where you will be working:
As the 2IC to the Chief Strategy, Marketing and Experience Officer, you will develop and execute all marketing, content, media, communications, brand and experience campaigns for the Southern Cross Care (WA), and Southern Cross Housing brands.
A key focus of this role is to develop and implement the organisation’s consumer experience and engagement strategy and a roadmap for integrating improved customer experiences into all consumer touch points. You will work across the organisation to improve the consumer focus of policies and processes owned by Southern Cross Care (WA) teams
This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home 2 days per week.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Design and implement a consumer experience and engagement strategy and design a program for change that defines the activities, products and services that are required to deliver positive consumer interactions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver greatest value client experiences to customers, and influence employee behaviour to ensure extraordinary customer experience.
- Successfully communicates client service experience outcomes with external stakeholders to assist with building brand awareness and brand reputation in line with the strategic direction.
- Identify new opportunities for consumer engagement and work with teams to evaluate and implement them.
- Develop and execute a multi-pronged and impactful divisional plan with a focus on Marketing, Content, Brand and Media strategy and execution
- Lead and manage the Marketing and Content Team to ensure all brand activity, internal and external communication, content, marketing, media, publications and events contribute to the organisations positive brand reputation and sales efforts.
About you
The ideal candidate will have similar experience, ideally working for a health care or not for profit organisation.
To be considered for this role you’ll need:

10+ years’ experience in senior marketing, communications and consumer experience roles ideally with an understanding of health care and human services businesses.
