Description:

As Office Coordinator, you will oversee the smooth daily operations of the office and provide administrative assistance to managers, senior leaders and various departments as needed.

Michael Page is partnering with an independent Oil and Gas organisation, focused on Australia-Pacific Regions. Hosting a diverse portfolio of production and development across APAC resources industry.

Description

  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing and overseeing reception duties, handling and sorting incoming mail, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Offer administrative support to the executive team and various departments; such as organising meetings, preparing reports, and handling filing tasks.

  • Be the first point of contact for external visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Executive Team, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.

  • Ensure the office is well-stocked, all equipment is functioning, and the environment remains safe and efficient for everyone.

  • Keep internal records and databases up-to-date, with a focus on SharePoint.

  • Support in the creation and preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.

  • Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports in an organised manner.

Profile

  • Previous Resource Experience Ideal
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude when addressing challenges and problem solving.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive information and matters.

  • An adaptable, collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
