Description:

Oversee daily office operations, including managing and overseeing reception duties, handling and sorting incoming mail, and maintaining office supplies. -
Offer administrative support to the executive team and various departments; such as organising meetings, preparing reports, and handling filing tasks. -
Be the first point of contact for external visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome. -
Coordinate travel arrangements for the Executive Team, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation. -
Ensure the office is well-stocked, all equipment is functioning, and the environment remains safe and efficient for everyone. -
Keep internal records and databases up-to-date, with a focus on SharePoint. -
Support in the creation and preparation of documents, presentations, and reports. -
Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports in an organised manner.
Requirements:
- Previous Resource Experience Ideal
