Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming reception to all patients and visitors.
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Accurately schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries.
- Process patient payments using cash, EFTPOS, and direct billing systems.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the medical center.
Essentials:
- Exceptional Customer Service: A passion for providing outstanding customer service and patient care.
- Strong Administrative Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in managing documentation and appointments.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using various software applications.

- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly Regarded:
- Previous experience in an accredited general practice.
- Experience using Best Practice software.
- Retail experience an advantage.
