Brecken Health provides a diverse range of services including General Practice, Sports Medicine and Occupational Health, in this position you will have the opportunity to work across and support all areas of the business.

We are dedicated to providing comprehensive, quality medical services in an efficient and caring environment. We have a great team of doctors, nurses, Allied Health and administration.

Our corporate team specialises in Employment Medical Services, offering a range of essential services like pre-employment, workers compensation, and immigration medicals.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming reception to all patients and visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Accurately schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries.
  • Process patient payments using cash, EFTPOS, and direct billing systems.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the medical center.

Essentials:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: A passion for providing outstanding customer service and patient care.
  • Strong Administrative Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in managing documentation and appointments.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using various software applications.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly Regarded:

  • Previous experience in an accredited general practice.
  • Experience using Best Practice software.
  • Retail experience an advantage.
