LGM Industries is a solution-focused provider of Structural, Mechanical and Piping (SMP) services, specialising in fixed plant maintenance and capital projects for the resource and energy sectors in Western Australia.
Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Site Supervisor for various site locations in the South West and Perth regions. Please note you must be able to work away from home for roster cycles or short periods of time.

You will be responsible for leading a team of talented trades personnel to achieve high quality output each day while maintaining a safe workplace and great team moral.
To be part of the LGM Supervisory team you will require:
- Trade qualification in Fabrication (Boilermaker)
- Suitable technical knowledge, exposure and experience
- Minimum two years in a similar role
- Ability to lead teams of more than 10 personnel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to influence and mentor
- Commitment to safety and quality within the workplace
- IT/computer proficiency is essential
- Full Australian Work Rights
- Pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
A typical day as a Supervisor of an LGM site crew will involve:
- Coaching and mentoring of direct reports
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Planning of day-to-day activities in line with scheduled projects
- Ensuring all permits are in place and correct
- Conducting workplace hazard inspections
- Ensuring all works are always conducted within the scope of LGM and client policies and procedures
- Holding daily pre-start and de-brief meetings and weekly toolbox meetings
- Completing crew timesheets
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Promoting a workplace culture of safety, quality, and mateship
Tickets and Licences:
- Trade qualification/s (Fabrication trade preferred)
- Nationally accredited Confined Space ticket (within two years)
- Nationally accredited Working at Heights ticket (within two years)
- HRWL - LF, WP and RB (preferred)
- White Card
- Driver’s licence
- Statutory Supervisor Training (Section 26)

Remuneration: The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate plus overtime, site and retention bonus as well as a company vehicle and phone allowance.
