Job Description
An exciting opportunity exits for FIFO positions out of Perth at our laboratory in Ora Banda which is located north of Kalgoorlie.
Responsible for unloading, loading, sorting and weighing of samples onto drying racks while maintaining numerical order.Reconcile samples delivered with the supplied sample submission form listing extras and those not received onto the sample sorting sheet (iso sheet).Responsible for milling samples and transferring sub-samples to sample packets while maintaining numerical order and following established quality control procedures and avoiding contamination.Ensure quality and quantities of samples are produced.Maintain daily production targets.Follows set QC requirements and avoids contamination.
Qualifications
The successful applicant will have the following:
Certificate III in Laboratory Skills, preferred, but not essentialAbility to work in a team environment.Ability to complete work in numerical order.
