Are you ready to be part of something bigger? We're expanding operations at our Western Sydney Service Centre (WSSC) in Erskine Park and are looking for enthusiastic Production Operators to join our team. As a permanent member of the crew, you’ll be working with our newest, state-of-the-art paint line, supporting the manufacture of high-quality COLORBOND® products.

This growth is part of our major capital investment in the Metal Coating Line, boosting production capacity by up to 240,000 tonnes. This increased capability helps supply COLORBOND®, ZINCALUME® and TRUECORE® steel—integral products used in roofing, fencing, and house framing across Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands-on and diverse role, you’ll operate machinery, troubleshoot equipment, and support plant setups and isolations—all with a strong focus on safety and quality. You’ll work closely with both operations and maintenance teams in a collaborative, supportive environment to help deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

You’ll be working on a 12-hour rotating shift roster (both day and night)—with no weekend shifts required!

Recruitment Process
