The Role
The acquisition of conventionally-armed, nuclear-powered submarines is an historic and transformative endeavour for Australia. The whole-of-nation effort to safely and securely deliver the cutting edge nuclear-powered submarine program will transform Australia's economic and national security landscape for decades to come.
We are looking for a variety of skilled APS 6 personnel to support the following functions:
Marketing
- In consultation with stakeholders, support the development and delivery of targeted marketing campaigns that are aligned with ASA's communication objectives.
- Support the production of engaging content for public-facing material, tailored for specific audiences and aligned with business outcomes. Provide quality assurance and advice.
- Analyse the strategic environment and priorities within the Australian Submarine Agency and provide advice on communications activities and marketing approaches.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders to deliver agreed business outcomes.
- In consultation with stakeholders, support ASA's presence at public events to enhance engagement and visibility.
- Undertake event planning, working with external providers as required.
- Track performance and metrics and conduct research and analysis to provide advice on communication opportunities and tactics.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders to deliver agreed business outcomes.
- Support the implementation of ASA's social media strategies in consultation with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Work collaboratively and negotiate effectively to influence stakeholders and subject matter experts to support communication outcomes.
- Support the production of engaging content for social media and public-facing material, tailored for specific audiences and aligned with business outcomes. Provide quality assurance and advice.
- Track performance and metrics and conduct research and analysis to provide advice on communication opportunities and tactics.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders to deliver agreed business outcomes.
